Explore how creativity can be the key to your own inner healing. You possess the guidance system that will best support your mental well-being, and art-making is an incredible tool for accessing it. 

We will compost our limiting thoughts through a drawing practice and planting, nourishing, blossoming and harvesting liberating beliefs with design, painting, doodling and more. This playful and profound practice is for everyone; there is absolutely no art experience necessary. Give Discovery Drawing a try and gain a self-care tool, as well as a new creative practice.
