Art and Mental Wellness: Visual Improvisation In-Person

Play with your Creativity in this Meditative Mindful Art Exercise. This week in the Buda Library’s Mental Health series, we will use a variety of art materials to create small, potentially insightful and definitely fun and playful art works. 

Explore Discovery Drawing and allow creativity to reveal answers and understanding. Creativity can be the key to your own healing and support access to your inner guidance system. This playful and profound practice is for everyone and there is absolutely no art experience necessary. Come and enjoy creative play while gaining a strong self-care tool and a new artistic skill.
