Art and Mental Wellness - What’s on your Lifeline? In-Person

A life line is defined as “a thing on which someone or something can depend or to provide escape from a difficult situation.” This week in the Buda Library’s Mental Health series, we will create a Lifeline Map of supportive strategies using line, shape and color.

Explore Discovery Drawing and allow creativity to reveal answers and understanding. Creativity can be the key to your own healing and support access to your inner guidance system. This playful and profound practice is for everyone and there is absolutely no art experience necessary. Come and enjoy creative play while gaining a strong self-care tool and a new artistic skill.
