Self-Care Saturday: Journaling for Mental Health In-Person

In this digital age, there are underappreciated benefits to writing your thoughts down with actual pen and paper.  Come join us for a workshop on journaling.  We'll talk about ways and whys, including how can journaling be an effective tool for growth and healing and some creative ideas to get you started.  Supplies will be provided.

Join the library in practicing self care on Saturdays this summer! Self-Care Saturdays are held at 10:30 am on the second and fourth Saturday of the month with each class being a different self-care topic or tool!
