End of Life Conversations In-Person

This conversation will allow individuals to openly discuss their thoughts and feelings about death and dying, caring for a loved one who is nearing end stages of life, thinking about our own mortality, or about anyone who has recently passed. In a culture that is death-denying, we can live more fully by discussing our thoughts and wishes for the end of life.

At this session we will reflect on life by writing a legacy letter. A legacy letter is a personal statement that you write and share with people you choose, either before or after the end of life. A letter offers an opportunity to reflect on your important life experiences and transmit your values and blessings to your children, grandchildren or other loved ones.

After over 20 years as a massage therapist, Jeni Mallow decided to become a death doula. She assists people in preparing and spending the last days of life in a more holistic, spiritual and intentional way.
