Join us for a 4-session interactive WRAP training designed to help you take charge of your mental health and well-being. The Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) is a self-designed prevention and wellness process that anyone can use to get well, stay well, and help make life more the way you want it to be.

Rooted in peer support and personal empowerment, this evidence-based program helps individuals develop practical tools and strategies to manage stress, navigate challenges, and build a life of wellness and purpose.

In This 4-Session Series, We Will:

  • Build your personalized Wellness Toolbox
  • Create a Daily Maintenance Plan for staying grounded and balanced
  • Identify Triggers and Early Warning Signs—and develop action plans to respond to them
  • Learn how to create a Crisis Plan and Post-Crisis Recovery Plan
  • Discover how to use WRAP as a lifelong wellness tool

Who Should Attend:

Anyone interested in building a stronger foundation for their mental health, emotional wellness, or recovery journey. This series is designed for individuals who want practical tools to better navigate stress, support personal growth, and stay grounded during life’s ups and downs.
